Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Refunds are only accepted in cases of:

  • Damaged products received.
  • Incorrect items delivered.
  • Manufacturing defects.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
