 نحترم خصوصية عملائنا، ويتم استخدام بياناتك فقط لتأكيد الطلبات وتحسين تجربة التسوق.

• جميع بياناتك محفوظة بشكل آمن ولا يتم مشاركتها مع أي طرف خارجي.
  * متاح الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوم من استلام الطلب.
  *  يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم و غير مغسول و غير تالف .
• لا يتم قبول الاستبدال او الاسترجاع في حالة وجود اي تلف ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام 
• و يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الاستبدال او الاسترجاع الا في حالة وجود خطأ في تصنيع المنتج

At MOVA Sportswear, we respect our customers’ privacy. Your personal information is used only to confirm orders, process purchases, arrange delivery, and improve your shopping experience.

All customer data is securely stored and is not shared with any third party.

• Exchanges or returns are available within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged due to misuse 
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchange or return, except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.
